Ultimately derived from a play by Arthur Schnitzler, followed by the movie La Ronde, this is a routine Playboy-oriented, softcore story of how a social disease (not fatal) is passed on from one lover to the next and ends up back with the first in the chain. Suzy (Marie France) has a one-night stand with Jack (John Sibbit), and it is only later that he finds out she is carrying a venereal disease. In the meantime, he engages another sexual partner, and she, another. Included in this sequence of a dozen or so erotic encounters are partners of all colors and orientations, as well as a pack of scented cigarettes that is passed from one to the next until the original Suzy ends up with the pack as its last recipient. Director Gerard Kikoine normally does hardcore films.
