Formed after the breakup of their pioneering goth band Bauhaus, Daniel Ash, David J, and Kevin Haskins formed Love and Rockets, in which they pushed their musical ideas in a more lively direction which embraced the influences of psychedelica and glam rock and filtered them through their electronic instrumentation.
