Synopsis by Janiss Garza

Henry Philips (Darwin Karr) and his half-brother, Norman (Hugh E. Thompson), are rivals for Helen Brighton (Anzonetta Moore). Henry wins her, and his father is so happy with the match that he makes out a will leaving him three-quarters of his estate. The jealous Norman steals money from his father's safe and leaves it in Henry's pocket. Mr. Philips, believing Henry to be the thief, disinherits him and changes the will to favor Norman. However, while Norman was doing the dirty deed, a book fell on the bulb of a camera, which snapped a photo of him. When Helen has the film developed, the truth is discovered. Mr. Philips makes out a new will naming Henry as the beneficiary once again, and dies a short time later. Norman tries to make off with the new will, but is caught. With the troublesome half-brother out of the way once and for all, Henry and Helen finally get married.
