Synopsis by Hal Erickson
The title Los Tres Calveras translates literally to "The Three Skeletons". This is the life story of the popular Mexican musical group The Skeleton Trio. Javier Solis, Luchia Villa, Jocquin Corderos are the principals in this tunefest. Though enjoying international success in 1960s, the Skeleton Trio remains comparatively little known in English-speaking countries. Within its 105 minute lifespan, this film does its laid-back best to broaden its subjects' appeal.
