Joseph Saneth produced this obscure silent western in which troubled star Art Acord plays a cowboy who must fight a former friend (Jack Richardson), now an alcoholic outlaw. Basically a preachment against the devil hop, Looped for Life ironically starred an actor whose life, marriages and, eventually, career were ruined by alcoholism.
