Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Lizzie (Hilary Duff) has signed up for a CPR class in hopes of being teamed with her dream boy, Ethan (Clayton Snyder). It doesn't quite work out that way, but fortunately, Lizzie's CPR training comes in handy when she saves a man from choking to death. This noble act earns Lizzie an interview on a local TV show, and widespread fame. There's only one catch: Lizzie saved the man at a movie theater, during a screening of "Vesuvius: The Eruption" -- an R-rated film that her parents had refused to allow her to see. Watch for a quickie David Letterman imitation by Lizzie's brother, Matt (Jake Thomas).
