Koch Vision presents Liz Gillies Core Fitness: Progressive Pilates. Hosted by Pilates and stability ball expert Liz Gillies, the program includes four ten-minute routines to target specific muscle groups and build strength. The workout incorporates Pilates basics with dance and toning techniques. Segments include buns, thighs, upper body, and abs. Also includes an emphasis on the total body. Five pound weights are recommended. This workout is for intermediate fitness levels.
