Created and directed by Tony Garth, the British animated series Little Monsters dealt with a band of youthful "horrors" who may have been troublesome but were essentially lovable. Despite their best efforts to get along with the "normal" world, the Little Monsters could not help but wreak havoc wherever they went, if for no other reason than who they were. Jimmy Hibbert, a prolific British cartoon voice-over man, was principal writer. First telecast in 1998, the five-minute episodes of Little Monsters were put together by the combined forces of Crazy Cartoons and Splash!
