Synopsis by Hal Erickson

The burgeoning Egyptian film industry was given a boost in the early 1950s when a handful of films were distributed to the U.S. Little Miss Devil is a pure-and-simple showcase for the talents of popular Egyptian dancing star Samia Gamal. By a stroke of good fortune, Gamal was very much in the news at the time thanks to her marriage to Texas oil millionaire Sheppard King. The film's gossamer-thin storyline finds Gamal playing a dual role, as an exotic dancer and as a bottled genie. Cabaret singer Asfour (Farid El Atrache) takes quite a liking to both beauties, enabling him to overcome his hopeless love for fickle dancer Aleya (Lola Sedky). Large doses of unsubtle humor are provided by Ismail Yassine, who plays Jerry Lewis to Farid El Atache's Dean Martin.
