Professional salsa dance instructor Marlon Silva introduces Let's Dance Salsa: Advanced and Expert Combinations, a program that takes the steps and moves that viewers learned in the beginning and intermediate programs to the next level. Silva's unique approach to teaching salsa allows students to learn the moves and combinations individually as "building blocks" with step-by-step detailed instruction. He then assembles these blocks into more complicated moves the student can adapt to any style of music or club atmosphere. In this advanced and expert program, Silva and fellow instructor Suzie Neff introduce sophisticated competition techniques such as the "Square Dance" and "Leader's Bender." They also demonstrate advanced dipping moves and teach students how to build on combinations learned in previous programs by reversing moves and altering them with different hand positions and styles.
