synopsis
Inspired by the predictions of Nostradamus, a megalomaniac (Frank Notaro) draws up plans to poison the world's water supply. To achieve this goal, he engages the services of a group of lethal Ninjas (from the film of the same name). To make certain he can operate without interference, the villain kidnaps the wife (Karyn Hill) of a James Bond-type CIA agent (Ross Kettle). Living in retirement, the agent decides the time is ripe to return to active duty. Oh, yes, before we forget: Our Hero is an expert kick-boxer.
