synopsis
Designed for thrill seekers and devotees of real-life drama, the forty-minute, high-adrenaline video release Leopard Charge contains rare and uncensored footage of a leopard attacking a human. The program began as a relatively innocuous film of big game hunter Roy Sparks tracking leopards in darkest Africa, but took a much darker, deadlier, and nastier turn when one of the beasts turned the tables on Sparks and decided to have its dinner. Luckily, a fellow professional hunter, Mark Butcher, was on hand to slay the leopard before it tore Sparks to shreds; cameraman Buck Rogers caught it all on film. One of Sparks's contemporaries, Hal Ahlberg, provides voiceover for this journey of terror.
