Synopsis by Hal Erickson

Hoping to demonstrate his new parachute invention, a young aviator hits up his wealthy brother for a $500 loan. Alas, the demonstration goes awry, and the aviator plummets painfully to earth. He survives, but his memory is a total blank. Unable to take care of himself, the aviator is cared for by the wealthy brother and his pretty wife. Meanwhile, the wealthy man's shifty male secretary schemes to claim the wife for himself. To this end, he kills his employer and places the blame on the dead man's amnesiac brother, who is shunted off to an insane asylum. The duplicitous secretary marries the widow of the man he's killed, and for a while it looks as though he will actually get away with his crime. But when the dead man's brother finally recovers his memory, the villain's goose is cooked.
