Vancouver gangsters battle each other for control of white slavery, drugs, and pornography in this low-budget crime drama. Phillip (Richard Dale) installs cameras in dressing rooms to film unsuspecting women then tracks them down to kill them. The film gives lingerie models plenty of scenes before the requisite gunplay ties up the loose ends of this confusing film.
