The war of the title pits a mob boss against a maverick drug dealer. Both have staked a claim on Los Angeles' vice traffic. Their fight for ultimate rule sucks in too many innocent bystanders to be ignored by the police. Belatedly and temporarily, justice prevails. Vincent Murdocco, Rodrigo Obregon, Mary E.
