In this tragicomedy, La Raulito (Marilina Ross) is a young woman who has been an outcast all her life. She has adopted the guise of a young man, calls herself Raul, and seeks acceptance in that form. After escaping from the latest institution to imprison her, she takes refuge with a doctor and his family until she understands that she is viewed by them as a "case." As adventures follow one after the other, it becomes clear that there is no place for her in the only world she knows.
