Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
In the person of world-wise Marina (Brigitte Jandi), this chatty Italian film highlights the difficulties facing women who wish to be sexually "liberated." Twenty-five-year-old Marina is a boarder in a house containing Stefano (Diulio Laurenti), a 16-year-old boy, whom she befriends. Stefano serves as her sounding board as she airs her complaints about the difficulty of attaining social freedom as a woman. Stefano's mother is a good example of someone who has suffered from the one-sidedness of sexual liberation.
