Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
The visit of a foreign film crew nearly wrecks the small Argentine village chosen as the site for the filming of "The Romance of a Gaucho" by an exploitation-film producer whose previous hit films were "The Romance of a Toreador" and "The Romance of a Sheik." Bedazzled by the stars, and visions of massive influxes of tourists, the townspeople begin sniping at one another.
