Useful for concurrently reshaping the body and attaining a healthier perspective, Kundalini Yoga has attained broad popularity in recent years, largely thanks to the joint efforts of yoga instructors Ravi Singh and Ana Brett. In the home release Kundalini Yoga for Beginners and Beyond, Singh and Brett lead the unschooled and newly trained in a series of two 25-minute yoga sets that can be performed alone or with a partner: "Rise and Spine," a routine used to keep the back healthy and elevate energy levels, and "Five Tibetans," exercises that keep the body young, flexible and healthy. The release also includes a meditation session.
