This ABC Family Channel series was assembled by Scout Productions, the same company responsible for Bravo's Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. The parents and friends of a typical teenager would collaborate with the series' team of professionals to remake said teen's room into exactly what the teen wanted it to be. Of course, with so many cooks stirring the broth, a few editorial decisions were made along the way to curb the lucky teen's wilder decorating impulses. Knock First was seen on weekdays at 5:30 p.m. beginning October 13, 2003.
