Bussan is long gone and Bambi is working at city hall when he hears a mysterious voice beckoning to him at a nearby construction site, but what on earth could the disembodied whisper mean when it claims, "If you build it, he will come."? Inspired by the auditory anomaly and determined to find out the answer to that question, Bambi enlists his former teammates Ani and Master to help him devise an appropriate course of action. Now, if he can just get his two friends to stop bickering over the memories of Bussan's glory days, perhaps Bambi can finally figure out whose voice is calling to him, and what he and his friends need to do in order to appease their ghostly advisor.
