Killer on AllMovie

This entry into the film noir genre contains an interesting twist. Unlike other noir films, this one explores the feelings between both a hitman and his victim right before the murder occurs. Mick (nicknamed the Bulletproof Heart) is all a professional hitman should be, cold, efficient, professional. His services are expensive, but he always delivers. His newest hit, however is problematic. He is to off the enigmatic and beautiful Fiona, who is expecting him and ready to die. Mick soon falls in love with his victim. His love has a profound effect upon his life which is never the same after meeting Fiona.
