Synopsis by Hal Erickson

Kif Tebbi was produced by Aida Films, a company subsidized by the Italian government. The film endeavors to "establish" Italy's importance in the post-WWI world through a series of anecdotes related to the recent Turkish-Italian war. Several subplots are woven into the proceedings, none of them remaining on screen long enough to make any sort of impression. A potentially interesting story thread involving a duel of honor between an American-educated Arab and his romantic rival is nipped in the bud just when it gets going. Some critics suggested that Kif Tebbi was actually a series of unrelated short subjects, hastily bundled together as a feature film with little thought given to continuity.
