Synopsis by Tracie Cooper
This addition to the popular Kidsongs series chronicles Ruby Biggle and her plans for Billy's upcoming birthday party. With the help of the Kidsongs kids, Ruby travels all over Biggletown gathering everything she can think of for the celebration.
