Synopsis by Eleanor Mannikka
Director and writer Karsten Wichniarz used funding and technical support from his family to make Kein Land as his graduation film from the Berlin Film and Television Academy. The story centers on an innocent country boy who lands in the big city and gets taken for a ride by his ne'er-do-well companions. When he meets a forlorn woman of the streets, the couple seem a most unlikely duo for developing the survival techniques required in the surrounding urban jungle.
