Karatemania features three professional Karate Commission Championship title matches. The Karate Commission Championship is the biggest karate competition in the history of the martial sport. The video contains full-contact karate battles between Bad Brad Hefton and U.S. Champion Jerry Rhone, World Champion Leroy Taylor and U.S. Champion Jerry "Golden Boy" Trimble, and World Champion Jean-Yves Thierault and Light Middleweight Champion Bob "Thunder" Thurman.
