Synopsis by Eleanor Mannikka
First-time director Agamemnon Ditsas brings forward both social inequalities and political controversies in this drama. Protagonists are generally divided between the "haves" and the "have nots," all living within the noisy confines of a large city. On the wealthy side of town are a businessman and others with a certain cultural refinement, and among the economically down-trodden are some workers and their families. The daily routine of their lives is eventually disrupted by tragedy.
