Synopsis by Tracie Cooper
This installment to the Just the Facts: Documents of Destiny, like its predecessors, studies particularly significant historical documents. Historians and qualified professors offer insight into the Webster-Ashburton Treaty of 1842, which settled the boundary between Maine and Canada; The Constitution of the American Anti-Slavery Society in 1833; and the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, among others. As with the other productions in the series, this program is intended as a complement to high school and junior high school social studies and history classes.
