Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein
In this extremely rare silent western, a bevy of chorus girls find themselves stranded in a small western community when their producer reneges on his promises. May Harper Pauline Curley, a former actress herself, takes pity on the girls and invite them to stay at her ranch. The foreman, who has discovered gold on the property, almost manages to scare the living daylights out of the naive city girls, but his nefarious plot to get them out of the way is interrupted by cowboy Ned Hayes (Jack Livingston). A handsome actor from Vermont, Livingston was always more effective opposite strong leading ladies (Bessie Barriscale, Belle Bennett) than on his own. Here he battles not only the ubiquitous villain but also a miniscule budget and lackluster direction from one George Edward Hall.
