Low-life criminal Joseph Meeker (David Keith) is in the midst of a convenience store robbery when his plans are foiled by Michael Silvano (Martin Kove), a former cop. A shootout ensues, and Joseph's wife is killed, along with several innocent bystanders. Sentenced to death for his crimes, Joseph swears revenge, and after he's executed, the criminal rises from the grave to torture Michael in a Satanic court of justice and makes plans to kill his wife Grace (Laura Johnson).
