Jodi Stern Brennan: Pilates Plus Power: P3 offers the viewer three different workouts. The first has been designed for beginners and offers the basics in strengthening one's core muscles. The intermediate workout involves using all of the body's major muscle groups. A full mat workout is provided as well. The various elements of each section can be utilized in such a way by the viewer that a customized workout regimen can be created.
