Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein

A low-budget silent version of the life of Christ, this religious pageant has survived sans a director credit. Philip Van Loan appears as Jesus Christ, with Anna Lehr (mother of actress Ann Dvorak) as the Virgin Mary, and Charles McCaffrey as Pontius Pilate. The film depicts scenes of Mary and Joseph's arrival in Bethlehem, the birth of Jesus Christ, the flight into Egypt and return to Nazareth, Jesus at the age of 12 instructing the elders of the temple, his parables on the mountainside, and his restoring of sight to the blind. The betrayal of Judas, Jesus' appearance before Pontius Pilate, and the Crucifixion are also portrayed. Titles were written by Jean Conover.
