Synopsis by Dan Pavlides
Jacob (Thomas Speilberg) is a 12 year old affected by the recent death of his father. His still-grieving mother (Dagmar Deisen) can't control her son as his grades suffer and he becomes obsessed with death and dying. Jacob meets jazz musician Shot (Marquard Bohm), and the veteran cornet player and the lonely boy help each other through their difficult times together.
