This collection of some of Israel's greatest performers and entertainers is a wonderful keepsake for the lover of Jewish music. Recorded in Jerusalem for an Independence Day program, Israel on Parade: A Variety Show includes performances by Ilanit, Yardena Arazi, Yehoram Gaon, Ofra Haza, the Dudaim, Naomi Shemer, and the Gevatron in a variety show celebrating some of Israel's best known songs. The Shalom Dance Company also appears throughout the program, as well as the Israel Defense Forces Band.
