synopsis
Originally shown as a two-part special on TV, this is an effective drama set during the 1979 Iranian revolution and what has come to be known as the Iranian Hostage Crisis. Written by a political scientist, it gives an overview of the political crisis, which quite probably cost Jimmy Carter his presidency.
