Synopsis
Actress Bea Arthur talks about her Emmy-winning roles on "Maude" (1972-78) and "The Golden Girls" (1985-92), along with the success she has enjoyed in the theater, including her one-woman stage memoir "Bea Arthur on Broadway: Just Between Friends." Among those interviewed are sons Daniel and Matthew Saks; costars Angela Lansbury, Rue McLanahan, Betty White and Estelle Getty; and producer Norman Lear, who declares "she has caused me to laugh as I've never laughed at anyone ever before."
