Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Inspector Gadget is sent to Scotland ("where they make Scotch Tape") to prevent the kidnapping of Professor Frumpkin, the world's leading scientist. Meanwhile, Dr. Claw terrorizes the locals with his high-tech "Monster of the Lake."
