Koji Shimizu took over the direction for this first sequel to the same year's Inju Kyoushi, and it is arguably the best of the series. Mayu Nakata stars as a teacher who drinks some tainted water while hiking, and ingests a parasite which turns her into a nymphomaniacal lesbian monster who terrorizes her students until an antidote is found. The usual nudity, rape, and phallic spurting tentacles are all on hand, but Shimizu handles the proceedings with a bit more skill than most. Rika Mizutani co-stars. The series' original director, Mitsunori Hattori, returned to close out the series the following year with Inju Kyoushi 3 and Inju Kyoushi 4.
