Synopsis by Michael Hastings
In the early '70s, director Jonathan Lucas crafted three pulpy police procedural short films, which, taken as a whole, aimed to show the part that paid informants play in fighting crime. This time, Informers III looks at one of the most grisly of the series' subjects, murder. It seems that the only evidence left at the scene of a gruesome crime is the perpetrator's vomit, which two undercover detectives analyze to find out what the murder was eating when he committed the crime. From there, they interview underworld tattler Gabby (Al Dennis) to find out what he may know.
