Originally aired on PBS, this video features host John Guerrasio seeking out the wine, local dishes, art, architecture, and culture that distinguish this region of Italy that lies on the upper west-central segment of the peninsula. His epicurean journey takes the viewer to various locales, both famous and tucked away, including Florence, Siena, the Chianti towns of Greve and Panzano, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Val d'Orcia, and Pienza.
