Narrated by series host Leonard Nimoy, In Search of Learning ESP studies cases of ESP from the work of scientists in the field and takes a look at the current research being done in universities and other laboratories around the world. There is a specific look at an ESP study being performed at the University of California, Davis. There is also an attempt to answer the question of whether ESP can be taught or whether it is an innate gift. There are interviews with scientists who are both believers and disbelievers in the science of ESP.
