synopsis
New York's SoHo district provides a suitably garish backdrop for the independently produced Impostors. Charles Ludlam and Michael Burg play a pair of nightclub entertainers, while Randy Danson is cast as their lesbian assistant. All three become involved with a wealthy, dissipated young man (Peter Evans). When the opportunity to commit murder arises, the two "heroes" demonstrate their willingness to do anything for excitement. Impostors isn't exactly high-kickin' entertainment, but it does score points in terms of mood and atmosphere.
