I'll/CKBC is about the way that two best friends can still be fierce rivals. It tells the story of Tachibana and Hiragi, two high-school boys who are slated to compete against each other in a basketball game between Kokufutsu High School and Kokutai Training Camp Association. Once teammates on the same side, and now enemies on the court, both boys deal with the strain of wanting both to encourage and to beat each other.
