Synopsis by Robert Firsching

Adalberto Albertini's silly comic sequel to the grim Il Mio Nome e Shanghai Joe reunites Chen Lee and Klaus Kinski from Mario Caiano's original. This time, Kinski plays a sinister town boss who is brought down by Shanghai Joe (Lee) and a smooth-talking snake-oil salesman (Tommy Polgar). Unlike the brutal, bloody original, this film is played primarily for slapstick humor, and even the martial arts sequences are weak. Maurio Ghiari composed the odd musical score, and German horror veteran Karin Field co-stars with Fausto Ulisse and Primiano Muratori.
