Ruth McGinnis is a talented wellness professional, musician, writer and fitness expert. During Hot Country Buns, Abs & Arms, she demonstrates a number of basic aerobic routines designed to firm up and tone the viewer's buns, abs and arms. A special treat has been added since country singer Joe Diffle provides the background music. Viewers may want to use dumbbells during this workout, if they wish to do everything that Ruth does during the program. Since Ruth has earned an Advanced Level Personal Trainer Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), her workout routines include many of the most updated exercises. Students will want to have at least a limited amount of recent aerobic workout experience in order to keep up with these exercise routines.
