Synopsis by Robert Firsching

From producer Koji Wakamatsu's independent company comes this twisted softcore S & M film with Hatsuo Yamaya as Dr. Marqui De Sadao. Anyone not amused at that odd Asianization is best off not watching this film, which has the sort of Sadean sensibility rarely seen outside of Japanese pinku eiga, and a dark tone completely at odds with its lead villain's silly name. De Sadao spends much of his time torturing young women (including pretty Mikio Terashima) to test his theory that women can't get pregnant if they are convulsing in agony. First-time director Masao Adachi was a frequent collaborator of Wakamatsu's, also working on the same year's Richard Speck-inspired Nihon Boko Ankokushi Bogyakuma, whose villain is named Marqui De Sado.
