Heroine Olivia (Eleanor Woodruff) is betrothed to a wealthy Duke (Frank Holland), but she would sooner be swept off her feet by a romantic cavalier. She gets her wish when she is kidnapped on the eve of her wedding by an unknown abductor (Charles Richman). Thrilled by this, Olivia agrees to marry her kidnapper even without knowing his name. Astoundingly, both Olivia's father and her fiancee agree to this change of heart, permitting the girl to live happily ever after with "The Unknown!" A thrilling motorboat chase was the sole redeeming factor of this nonsensical trifle.
