Lady Une has returned, fully recovered from her trauma and prepared to help lead Treize's forces in combat. As the battle begins, Heero and Relena sit in the Libra battle fortress; Relena searches for some way to stop the bloodshed, while Heero is content to wait until the fighting has stopped and he can destroy a weakened Libra. On board the Peacemillion, Howard and the Gundam pilots watch as the battle lines are drawn, and ultimately decide to have the Gundams attack Libra, even though Heero and Relena are on board. As the White Fang commanders observe Peacemillion's movements, Quinze realizes that they don't have any real means of stopping the Gundams without giving Treize's forces an advantage. Over his objections, Milliardo decides to fight the Gundams in the Epyon. While the mobile suit forces are engaged, Quinze moves the Libra into a better position to attack the MO-2 satellite and the Earth. On board the Peacemillion, Sally and Howard make the fateful decision to stop Libra's plans by ramming into Libra's main cannon.
