Moments after Relena's dreams of world disarmament had been recognized by the members of the Romefeller Foundation, the former Zechs Merquise -- Milliardo Peacecraft, Relena's brother -- is revealed as the new leader of the White Fang rebel group. Declaring themselves as representatives of the colonies and citing Earth's constant aggression, they declare war on Earth, mobilizing their forces to assault OZ's Space Fortress Barge. Noin, astonished at Milliardo's sudden change of heart, wants to go speak with him. Quatre and Duo decide to escort her in their Gundams, and Trowa tags along to provide cover. On Earth, Heero battles to take control of a spaceport, preparing to take the battle to Milliardo personally. Sally manages to catch him before he can lift off, and asks him to take Trowa's Gundam Heavyarms with him. Meanwhile, at the Romefeller Foundation, Marquis Weridge laments the destiny of the Peacecraft children. As the executives ponder their next move, the decision is made for them when Treize reappears and seizes control of the room.
