Jayantha Chandrasiri's quirky media satire Guerilla Marketing stars Kamal Addaraarachchi as Thisara, a man who works at an ad agency with his wife and his childhood crush. When they land an account to help "sell" a presidential candidate to the public, Thisara develops a plan that accentuates the man's qualifications by playing up his previously unknown talent for modern dance. Soon the group starts spreading rumors about the candidate in order to increase his name recognition. All of this dishonesty leads to Thisara suffering a breakdown.
